Consulting Agreement

This Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between your organization (The Client), and Guy Farmer (The Consultant) operating as Bird Studio LLC. The Consultant agrees to provide strategic planning, mission and vision clarification, and leadership development consulting services. The Client agrees to pay the Consultant at $50.00 USD per single email exchange, and both parties acknowledge that services will be provided in accordance with this Agreement. This Agreement shall commence upon payment for services and continue until completion of a single email exchange. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and to indemnify each other against any claims arising from the services provided.
