Consulting Agreement

This Agreement is between your organization (“Client”) and Guy Farmer, operating as Bird Studio LLC (“Consultant”).

The Consultant agrees to provide the services described on the website. If the Client and Consultant agree to work on additional services or projects, those will also be covered by this Agreement.

The Client will pay the Consultant the amount specified on the website or as otherwise agreed. Services will be provided in accordance with this Agreement.

This Agreement starts when the Client makes payment and continues until the services are completed.

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential and to indemnify each other against claims related to the services.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

This is the full Agreement between the parties and replaces any previous agreements or promises.
