Diversity Is a Big Plus in the Workplace

So many people in leadership positions get bent out of shape about diversity in the workplace when they could be using it as a tool to move their companies or organizations forward.
When you make use of the diverse skills, talents, worldviews, and ideas of your staff, you’ll be much more nimble because you’ll have a larger pool of resources to draw upon. It’s the difference between having one choice on a menu versus many.
Empathetic leaders understand that diversity simply adds to the effectiveness of their workplaces and they use their people’s wisdom and experience to succeed.
