How to Lead without Punishment
There’s a common workplace myth that leaders have to be punish people to get anything done but, in my experience, there is a much better way of doing things.
All you have to do is be nice. Treat people kindly and catch them doing things well and you will create a workplace with high morale, motivation, and productivity. People are much more likely to want to work hard if their efforts are recognized.
