Unhappy Employees Are a Reflection on Leadership
A lot of leaders have no clue or don’t care that they make their employees unhappy but, in my experience, there is a much better path they can follow.
All it takes is behaving in ways that build employees up instead of demoralizing them. Treat people with kindness and empathy, reinforce their positive behaviors, and be there for them when they need help or training.
