How to Problem Solve in the Workplace

A lot of workplaces suffer because leaders and employees don’t know how to problem solve but, in my experience, there is a straight-forward approach that solves problems effectively.

To practice effective problem solving simply name the problem, brainstorm ways of addressing it, pick one brainstorm item to work on, have each person choose what they want to do to work on the item, and start the process all over.
